| Rezumat | ||||||
The aim of the article is to carry out an analysis of the way in which the decentralization policies, related to the community public services of population, were put into practice from 2005 to present. At the same time, we will observe the advantages of decentralizing this activity segment within the local authority. Moreover, we will look at the problems identified in practice, at the aspects that need improvements and what could be the potential solution adopted to contribute to an efficient public service oriented towards the citizens. |
