Were created and assessed hybrids F1 of Lavandula angustifolia Mill. The indices of the quantitative characteres have been shown to vary between the hybrids and maternal forms. The content of essential oil wuantified via hydrodistillation in the hybrids studied in the third year of vegetation varies from 3,445% to 6,255% (s.u.). The maternal forms have accumulated a content of 3,378-3,912% (dry matter). The hybrid genotypes evaluated in the fourth year of vegetation are characterized by a much higher content of essential oil in the raw material from 4,226% to 6,344%, compared to the maternal forms in which the mentioned index is lower and varies from 2,508% to 3,435% (dry matter). Have been selected 12 prospective lavender hybrids from the fourth year of vegetation with a very high content of essential oil in the fresh raw material, which can be reproduced vegetatively and serve as a basis in the creation of new clone varieties. |
