Rezumat

The work presents the results of the study of the chemical composition of the nut kernel cake, the productivity and blood indices of the young pig breeding, using in the combined fodder recipes the nut kernel cake in different proportions. The results of the analysis of the chemical composition showed that the nut kernel cake has a nitrogen content of 4.19%, crude protein of 262 g / kg, crude cellulose 93.37 g / kg. It has an increased fat content of 136 g / kg, the metabolizable energy being of 12.69 Mj / kg, it is rich in calcium and phosphorus. The inclusion of nut kernel cake in the amount of 4% / t and 8% / t of compound fodder, reduces the cost price of 1 kg of combined fodder on average by 21 and 36 bani, reduces feed consumption by 3.8% and 5, 2%, increases the feed conversion index by 5.3%-4.5%, does not negatively influence the health status and hematological indices. The body mass of sows at the end of the first growing period was higher by 0.4 kg and 0.6 kg (p <0.05; p <0.01), the average daily increase in the experiment increases from 651g to 660 g. The results of the biochemical analyzes at the beginning of the experimental period showed that the blood indices at the animals of all lots did not show changes and were characterized by average values of the limits of the norms provided in the literature. The stabilization of the amount of hemoglobin, the number of lymphocytes and the decrease of the amount of leukocytes, at the end of the experiment, can be considered as a positive fact and which indicates a good state of health at pigs of all studied lots.
