Rezumat

In our previous studies, the spectrum of different soil-borne pathogens in the experimental fields of IGPPP, including various Fusarium species, was identified using molecular techniques. Some of these species were identified in tomatoes – F. avenaceum, F. oxysporum, F. verticillioides. Earlier, we showed the dynamics of the development of fusariosis infection in different organs of some local tomato varieties, depending on the phase of vegetation. The aim of this study was to compare some tomato varieties that differ in susceptibility to infection using the nested-PCR technique by quantifying Fusarium spp.
