As a result of distant hybridization of the wild tomato species Lycopersicon peruvianum, and Lycopersicon chilense with the varieties of Solanum lycopersicum such as Викторина, Призер, Факел, Пето 86, promising early ripe tomato lines were obtained. Selected interspecific lines are characterized by a high degree of fruit setting and fruit ripening, increased productivity and increased biochemical parameters. In order to overcome incompatibility during interspecific hybridization, was attested that in vitro embryo culture and embryonic callus were more effective. The aim of this work is to study the valuable forms of tomato interspecific lines S. lycopersicum x L. peruvianum var. dentatum and Lycopersicon chilense which will subsequently be used to create new varieties with a complex of economically important traits, as well as evaluate selections for some economically valuable traits. |
