The paper presents the results of studies of the reproductive qualities of sows of different intrabreed differentiation according to some estimated indices, and also determines the economic efficiency of their use in an industrial complex. Evaluation of animals for reproductive qualities was carried out taking into account their abundance (head), large size (kg), milk production, (kg), number of piglets (head) and weight of the nest (kg) at weaning, safety (%). The breeding index of sow reproductive qualities (SIVKS) was calculated according to the method of O.M. Tserenyuk A.N. et al. (2010). It has been established that sows of the controlled populations in terms of the main indicators of reproductive qualities (abundance, head; weight of the nest at weaning, kg) belong to the 1st class and the elite class. Taking into account the intrabreed differentiation according to SIVKS, sows of the M + class are characterized by the maximum indicators of reproductive qualities (SIVKS = 97.85-123.99 points). The significant difference compared to the peers of the class M- (SIVKS = 60.18-79.14 points) in terms of multiple pregnancies is 34.32%, milk production - 34.94%, the number of piglets at weaning at the age of 28 days 33.91%, weight of the nest at weaning at the age of 28 days - 27.61%. The calculation of the economic efficiency of the research results indicates that the use of sows of class M + or provides an increase in additional production at the level of 16.49%, and its cost is 400.26 UAH or 14.29 US dollars.
