In the nowadays stage, the cases of some disputes between the marks owners and domain
names holders consist in the difference between the marks and domain names granting
rights systems, as well as in the marks and domain names registration systems. The rights on
the marks in the Republic of Moldova are granted owing to registration thereof in the
appropriate state Organism – State Agency on Industrial Property Protection (AGEPI). |
