Rezumat

An important aspect of human resource management is the performance management system applied within the public authority, including the organizational performance evaluation system. Through evaluation we can better understand how individual results were obtained, at the level of subdivision and public authority, what were the barriers and what is the best way to overcome them. One of the roles of each leader is to ensure efficient management of subordinate staff to achieve optimal results at all levels (individual, subdivision, public authority). Thus, the head of an institution, in order to ensure and maintain an increased performance of staff, applies management techniques and tools to maintain a positive motivational climate of work and continuous professional development.
