Rezumat

Paul Goma’s rebellion was every time visible: both in his lifestyle and in his literature. Paul Goma is placed, together with his predecessors - Hasdeu, Stere, Vasile Coroban – in the line of reparative Bessarabians, who are uncomfortable and perseverant, great visionaries produced in this edge of Latinity, which was pushed by history to the centre of Romanism as a necessary, saving ferment of moral vigour and ethnic resistance. Lack of „style” doesn’t mean lack of poetry in Paul Goma’s works. The fact that his prose refuses the morgue of literature-making refinement, which is a distinction of a mannerized stylist, directed straightforward to some verbal percussion rhythms, which are rebellious, full of interior convulsions, hiatuses, syntactical fractions and ellipsis proves another kind of refinement than the formal-aesthetic one. Another kind of poetry is discovered, different from that coming from lyrism, ethnography or textualist play.
