Articolul oferă o fundamentare științifi că și teoretică pentru aplicarea abordării sistemice a studierii categoriei de protecție a drepturilor entităților economice în domeniul proprietății intelectuale. Se concluzionează că protecția economică și juridică a proprietății intelectuale poate fi definită ca un sistem care include o serie de componente care pot fi grupate în trei grupe: 1) integritatea anumitor acte juridice și de reglementare a legislației internaționale și naționale în domeniul proprietății intelectuale; 2) ansamblul mijloacelor organizatorice și legale de protecție economică și juridică a drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală; 3) metodele de protecție economică și juridică a acestor drepturi. В статье приведено научно-теоретическое обоснование применения системного подхода к исследованию категории защиты прав субъектов хозяйствования в сфере интеллектуальной собственности. Сделан вывод о том, что хозяйственно-правовую защиту интеллектуальной собственности можно определить как систему, включающую ряд компонентов, которые можно объединить в три группы: 1) определенная целостность нормативно-правовых актов международного и национального законодательства в сфере интеллектуальной собственности; 2) совокупность организационно-правовых средств хозяйственно-правовой защиты прав интеллектуальной собственности; 3) методы хозяйственно-правовой защиты указанных прав. Определены перспективы дальнейших исследований.

The article gives a scientifi c and theoretical substantiation of the application of a systematic approach to the study of the category of protection of the rights of subjects of management in the fi eld of intellectual property. It is concluded that economic-legal protection of intellectual property rights can be defi ned as a system that includes a number of components that can be grouped into three groups: 1) a certain integrity of normative legal acts of international and national legislation in the fi eld of intellectual property; 2) a set of organizational and legal means of economic and legal protection of intellectual property rights; 3) methods of economic and legal protection of these rights. The prospects for further research are determined.
