Articolul examinează participarea unui traducător la procedurile administrativ ca o garanție pentru asigurarea principiului limbajului de procedură în instanțele administrative. Se constată că traducătorul este un participant care nu are interes legal în rezultatele soluționării problemei administrative; contribuie la administrarea justiției; deține cunoștințe specifi ce. Având în vedere faptul că statul, reprezentat de autoritățile de stat, care acționează ca parte obligatorie în procedurile administrative, autorul susține poziția privind asigurarea dreptului celeilalte părți la utilizarea serviciilor gratuite a unui interpret în procedurile administrative, indiferent de capacitatea sa de a plăti pentru astfel de servicii.

В статье исследовано участие переводчика в административном судопроизводстве в качестве гарантии обеспечения принципа языка судопроизводства в административных судах. Установлено, что переводчик является участником, не имеющий юридической заинтересованности в результатах разрешения административного дела; способствует осуществлению правосудия; имеет специальные знания. Учитывая то, что обязательной стороной административного судопроизводства выступает государство в лице органов государственной власти, автором поддержана позиция об обеспечении права на бесплатное пользование услугами переводчика для другой стороны административного судопроизводства независимо от ее способности оплатить такие услуги.

The article is dedicated to research of the of the participation of an interpreter in administrative justice as a guarantee of providing the basis for the language of proceedings in administrative courts. It is established, that the translator is a participant, who has no legal interest in the results of the decision of the administrative case; promotes to the administration of justice; has special knowledge. Taking into account the fact, that the state in the person of state authorities is the obligatory side of administrative justice, the author is supported the position to ensure the right to use the services of a translator free of charge for the other party of administrative justice regardless of his ability to pay for such services.
