IPO have to bring a commercial success. The main advance in the commercializing consists
in examination of the economic advantages of the granted industrial property rights.
The fact, that a person created and obtained a respective protection for an industrial
property object in the AGEPI shall not him oblige to use it. The owner shall decide the best
mode of this protected object utilization, to obtain a higher income. Undoubtedly, this
income must be a final scope of any innovative elaboration. |
