This scientific approach is devoted to migration from the point of view of legal doctrine. Such an approach is very timely especially since the intersection of XX-XXI centuries, system of global migration processes affected the Republic of Moldova inclusively. Although the term “migration” knows several interpretations, from the perspective of jurisprudence term still remains unexplored. The situation is even worse if not a source of international law, the term “migration” has no legal definition. The tentative of a legal interpretation of the term “migration” is accompanied by examining the process of its constitutionalisation. Appreciating the efforts to clarify certain issues related to migration, it appears that the concept of legally migration has not been determined, and still remains an important objective of legal sciences. |
