In its submission the author examines topical issues of optimization of activity of enterprises, which relate to dismissals of workers in connection with the liquidation of the company or termination of activities of the employer - natural person in connection with the downsizing or staff . Th e author of scientifi c-practical perspective explores the contradictions and confl icts in the legislation governing the protection of workers laid off due to liquidation of the company or the termination of the employer – natural person in connection with the downsizing or staff . And the most important are the proposals and amendments of rules governing the protection of workers laid off due to liquidation of the company or termination of activities of the employer - natural person in connection with the downsizing or staff . |
