Rezumat

The functionality of the oral and written speech to get the things,, to be seen” and ,, to be heard” is focused on the educational, cultural and civilizing principles. These principles emphasize the connection of the phenomena and formation, which it is identified in the message of inquiries ( the human being always investigates life, the purpose of it), because the human diverse can not be comprehend without starting with causal diverse. Thus, according to the psychological theory, the language ,, finds” multiple explinations for the same human form of existence, demonstrating its educational, cultural, ethnographic, historical, psychological, mythological, sociological and civilizing compatibility, through concreteness and the ,, transliterated” imaginary of things. Language is the specialized tool in the spirit of knowledge and individual self-identification, that has became humanity due to the century-old rhetoric of a coherent judgement.
