In article are highlighted the stages of informatics achievement and elucidated the conceptual content of the mentioned above issues. The composition and the succession of the functioning technologies of the informatics realization of the processes of elaboration and obtaining of the informational products are determined, belonging to the complex of problems of the economic analysis of the human resources and the remuneration of their work. In this context, the informational and informatics specifics of the organization of activities within this complex are revealed and disclosed. In this aspect, the general functional characteristic is treated, the informational and operational content is established, as well as the premises for the informatics achievement of the complex of problems in question. According to the results of determining the values of the previously listed contributing factors, conceptually the internal informational, mathematical and technological resources are elaborated for the informatics accomplishment of obtaining each informational product. The delimitation with the nominated resources is motivated by the fact that the other resources (technical, programmed, external technological) are determined during their selection stage, and their composition and volume depend on the dimensions of the values of the characteristics of qualitative and quantitative parameters of the real material environment and its concrete informational infrastructure, which is not specific to the processes of scientific conceptual investigation, but, especially, to the activities of elaboration (practical design) of the informatics systems of the real objects (processes)

În articol sunt evidențiate etapele realizării informatice și elucidat conținutul conceptual al problemelor mai sus nominalizate. Sunt determinate compoziția și succesiunea funcționării tehnologiilor realizării informatice a proceselor de elaborare și obținere a produselor informaționale, apartenente complexului de probleme ale analizei economice a resurselor umane și remunerării muncii. În contextul dat sunt scoase în vileag și dezvăluite specificul informațional și informatic al organizării activităților în cadrul acestui complex. În acest aspect este tratată caracteristica funcțională generală, stabilit conținutul informațional și operațional, precum și premisele realizării informatice al complexului de probleme în cauză. Conform rezultatelor determinării valorilor factorilor contributivi anterior enumerați, în plan conceptual sunt elaborate resursele informaționale, matematice și tehnologice interne de realizare informatică a obținerii fiecărui produs informațional. Delimitarea cu resursele nominalizate este motivată de faptul că celelalte resurse (tehnice, programate, tehnologice externe) se determină în cadrul etapei de selectare a lor, iar componența și volumul lor depind de dimensiunile valorilor caracteristicilor parametrilor calitativi și cantitativi ai mediului material real și infrastructura lui informațională concretă, ceea ce nu este propriu proceselor de investigare conceptuală științifică, dar, mai cu seamă, activităților de elaborare (proiectare) practică a sistemelor informatice ale obiectelor (proceselor) reale.
