In paper the situation in a power complex of Republic Moldova is analyzed and on the basis of enterprises polling and studying of standard and legislative acts the offers in priority directions of the researches which results will promote performance of the Plan of action of Energy Strategy of Republic Moldova till 2020 are formulated. For electropower sector the substantiation of development of own generation, integration with power supply systems of neighbouring countries, development of intersystem communications and distributive networks on the basis of innovative solutions and technologies are priority. For thermopower sector which is represented as the local power system a priority is mode optimisation at a variable load of thermal network. Priority problem for gas sector is performance of researches regarding justifi cation of possibilities of an underground gasholder construction in territory of Moldova, and for a fuel segment an establishment of the valid market relations is represented. For renewed energy sources (RES), for power effi ciency it is necessary technically to estimate available potential, prove and take measures regarding its development, including due to improvement experts training, improvement of legislative base and strengthening of the international cooperation. The developed offers are recommended to be used by consideration of new edition of Energy Strategy of Republic Moldova till 2020.
