image. That is why the most efficient technology for the elaboration of image restoration
systems consists in the integration of different methods and utilization of priorities thereof.
Some of the most perspective directions of elaboration of the image restoration intellectual
systems have been considered systems in the neurons circuits’ base at utilization of the
second sequence objects as the operational units.</description>
