The trademark, being a means of individualization of the products of a certain producer
and thereby an exterior sign of value thereof, permit the consumers, on the one hand, to
assist in the rapid and easy option of the verified products belonging to the producers that
obtained good reputation, and on the other hand, being in the hands of a skillful entrepreneur,
the trademark may become a means of put pressure upon the demand and fix the
clients. The transaction medium is a volatile medium and is very competitive, that is why, in
order to have success the entrepreneurs shall have individuality, the products/services of
which shall differ from the competitors products/services that may be realized, in particular,
by using trademarks. |
