Nowadays, international contacts are getting closer and the international negotiation practice becomes more intense with the development of globalization. Participants in international communications are governed by common standards and norms, however, national and cultural particularities can be significant in establishing international economic relations. The author's re-search indicates that verbal communication in business negotiations accounts about 36%, and 64% returns to the transmission of non-verbal information and communications. Communication to different peoples in the European space is often marked by a rather wide socio-cultural color. Thus, under the national style of communication and negotiation it is necessary to attach to some characte-ristic features of national culture with specific cultural values, mentality, and specific of verbal and non-verbal communication, which must be taken into account in the type of communication in the European space. The aim of the research is to investigate business-negotiation practices in the European space for realignment and efficiency in negotiations. |
