In the present article are analysed factors and terms which ensure de jure and de facto
execution of legality principals within State, executive and judicial organisms in each country
which carries out the edification of legal State. The authors emphasize the gaps and propose
certain recommendations which would contribute to fortification of the legacy in the Republic of
Moldova.
