Consolidation of International Relations begins after the World War II throughout the elaboration of political realism, which offered legitimacy to establishing Sciences. Later, several discussions occurred, which were related to methodological and epistemological aspects. Scientific community did not manage to establish a generally accepted theory and it has been authorized to speak about a theoretical pluralism.
