| Rezumat | ||||||
The legislation in the field of industrial property elaborated in the last 10 years offers to
the physical and juridical persons a possibility to provide the protection of the proper
intellectual products created in person or legally procured. Unfortunately, not each owner
acts bona fide, having for an object to protect his proper product, eliminate any counterfeit
product, fight effectively against the unfair competition. In such a way, in limits of the
procured rights it is taken attempts for blocking the activity of competitors of the same field
of activity, of the fair competitors acting in the legal mode. And such actions are made by
means of the simple speculation with the notion “confusion”. |
