Rezumat

At present research of positions of individual labor contracts is very actual. The bases and the order of dismissal of workers under the initiative of the employer for infringements by workers of a labor discipline are covered in view of judiciary practice. The termination (discontinuance) of individual labor contracts under the initiative of the employer is supposed only in the cases stipulated by the law and with observance established by the law the order.
