The launch of the Cold War by the Russian President Vladimir Putin resulted in strategic geo-economic and geopolitical changes that directly affect the evolution and development of The Great Powers, including the European Union and its member countries, as well as the future of the Republic of Moldova as a formally independent state. In the current article, we will refer to Germany and Austria as the “German world”, while Romania and the Republic of Moldova will be referred to as the “Romanian world”. |
