Rezumat | ||||||
Functioning of the integrated circuits (IC) and of the devices made on base thereof at
the ionizing radiation is determined by the reability of the elements IC function. In the
represented article it is illustrated a problem of prediction of elements and IC function. It is
proposed utilization of design-experiment method that permits to carry out a simulation of
the logic elements ant IC on base of minimal experimental data base. Analyzing the obtained
results, there may be carried out a prediction of their function. |
