In this article the question is about the Euroasian Patent Organization formed in accordance
with the Euroasian Patent Convention, the 10-th anniversary of which shall be
celebrated in August 12, 2005. The author describes problems and aims put before the
Organization, the main of which are: to provide the accessibility to patenting and high
quality of the patent. |
