In the study “Cantemir’s influence on a moldovan universal chronicle from second half of XVIII-th century (hypothesis)” is stated the idea that the translator of the document, preserved in Kiev, added passages about Dacian and Roman ancestors of the Romanians, drawing on the work of Dimitrie Can-temir “Chronicle of the Antiquity of the Romano-Moldavo-Wallachians”. |
