The article analyses the problem of political culture, its part and importance for
development of political relationships in terms of democratic transition. It has been ascertained
that political culture represents a main element of social life democracy together with the
creation of institutions and market mechanisms. At the same time it has been thrown lights to the
fact that nowadays the political culture accomplishes the function of sustainable development
guarantee of democratic society.
