The art of communication is not a natural process or an ability we are born with. We learn to communicate. Concept and preoccupation of great topicality, the communication style raises a number of problems that require methodological caution: the need for a better operationalization of the concept, approaching the phenomenon in all its complexity, relating the style to the context in which it is applied. More appropriate than looking for the "best style" is to find the "optimal style" that streamlines the relationship between leaders and subordinates. The communication style must be appropriate to the purpose and objectives of the communication, the recipient, the situation and the context of the communication (Pruteanu, 2006). Communication is the most important way to motivate and develop employees, encourages listening to others, opening to new ideas, facilitates organizational change. In the present research, we aim to analyze the implications of organizational communication on: a. Professional performance, b. Employee relationships, c. The impact of managerial communication styles on employee efficiency and effectiveness, d. How to approach organizational conflict, e. Identification elements of organizational communication with resonance on labor productivity. Therefore, through this research, we want to identify the link between the factors involved in increasing the efficiency of organizational communication. |
