Rezumat | ||||||
The results of teaching depend on more factors: school organisation, teaching moti-vation, pupil’s potential. Motivation of teaching represents all dynamic forces which support pupil’s activity. In the proces of formation of pupil’s motivation the teacher plays an important role. The analysis of teacher’s experience in primary classes from Bălţi allow us to mention some actions in supporting and developing pupil’s motivation: I. Bringing up the curiosity of a pupil, the curiosity is a stimulus of teaching; II. Developing self-confidence through offering the possibility to acquire the success; III. Knowing pupil’s attitude to the subject of education. |
