| Rezumat | ||||||
The article deals with the issues of budget management improvement, being focused initially on the theoretical aspects of budget management. It is emphasized the necessity of drafting the legislative framework, which shall ensure the adequate budget management operation. Especially the management of budget incomes and expenses is examined. In the light of the above the detailed review of the existing state policies in this field is required. |
