| Rezumat | ||||||
The article approaches the main stages of the consolidation of the Moldova Science Academy: 1946 – 1960; 1961 – 1990; and 1991 – present days. Special attention is paid to the problems of the institutional and functional development paradigm, to problems that were related to the scientific human potential and academic stuff formation and consolidation, as well as problems regarding the technical and scientific basis consolidation, the elaboration of the legal framework on the consolidation of the national system for the organization of the science and inovation area. The article undersocres the role of the Moldova Science Academy within the given system, attributing to it the status of a mentor with full rights of the scientific and innovational activity, and
of a scientific advisor of the authorities of the Republic of Moldova. |
