During the historical development, the democratization process represented one of the main objectives, theoretical as well as practical. According to the attention that is given to this subject, the democratization process was defined as complex social and political transformation process in the framework of which interact a series of factors of different nature. Thus, during a long period of time, the specialized literature focused on the analysis of the domestic factors role that is important for the transition dynamics. Therefore, the article has as an objective to emphasise the international dynamics and factors role in the framework of the democratisation process, as well as the forms used by international actors to influence the transition process development.
