Economic dimension of security is necessary and obvious. Ever, economic power generates security and poverty produces uncertainty, anxiety and insecurity. But se- curity is not just protection against villains, and uncertainty is not reduced in the absence of such a protection system. Security is an important function of system and process, a condition of functioning and maintain dynamic equilibrium necessary to coexist in a complex environment, always changing, tense, competitive, complex de- velopments, and often, unpredictable. Author will conclude with the importance of taking into account all FEP powers and constituents to ensure security for a country as Moldova with a delayed transi- tion.
