The article analyzes the regional policies in Moldova and Ukraine, the two neighboring countries are very active in international relations. Moldova and Ukraine are the modern foreign policy based on national interests and European values, seek to ensure a favorable external environment for development and prosperity of nations. Together they participate in the regional organization – the area of Black Sea Economic Cooperation. Moldova and Ukraine, together with other member countries of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation are willing to develop projects of regional significance. They have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on coordinated development of the Black Sea main ring and a Memorandum of Understanding for the development of marine highways Black Sea region. Moldova and Ukraine, supported by pragmatism in relations between the BSEC and the European Union under the enhanced Black Sea Synergy, as well as a more visible part of the European Commission in the organization as an observer. It can be argued that the policy of the Moldovan and Ukrainian Black Sea region aimed at development of bilateral and regional cooperation, and is one of the main priorities of its foreign policy.
