Science and education are not „consumption” establishments as sometimes considered, but factors
of multiplication and development of the intellectual resources, modernizers of the society. Those
domains represent a specific production medium where it is created the most expensive goods for the
manking – the intellectual property, the strategic source for settlement of society global problems. |
