The tenth anniversary of the Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO) – is a period where the countries of the region move forward to the openness of the internal market for all the countries of the world. The economical subjects developed the independent introduction of the external economic relations, have trained in the conditions of competition on the external and internal markets. Owing to the successful activity of the Eurasian Patent Organization, the Eurasian patent system during 10 years of its existence became world-known to what testi es  ling of the Eurasian applications from more than eighty countries of the world. For the last  ve years the amount thereof increased more than 1,5 times and during the 2005 approached to the two thousand mark.
