Rezumat

It was elaborated a new test of stimulation of the pancreas: aminophylline-glucose intravenous test. For the estimation of the role of lysosomic enzymes in the diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis, it was studied the activity of arylsulphatase, beta-glucosidase, betaglucuronidase, in the dynamic of tissue of stimulation in healthy persons and in patients with chronic pancreatitis, the forms: persistent and with relapses. In patients with chronic pancreatitis from the both parts it was determined still before stimulation and it was maintained after stimulation a considerably increased activity in comparison with the witness for aryl sulphatase, beta-glucosidase, beta-glucuronidase, which suggests the participation of those, in chronic pancreatitis pathogenesis and can be useful for the evaluation of the inflammatory process from pancreas.
