The survival of wolfberry plantlets obtained by tissue culture, under ex vitro conditions, depends directly on the artificially created environmental conditions at stage I of acclimatization: protection from water stress, excessive sunlight, thermal extremes, air currents and establishing an optimal substrate for adequate growth. |
