The article analyses the status of the current approaches of contemporary sciences in general and in particular of the social ones. The starting idea of this discussion is that the interdisciplinary analysis have a special role into the current approaches, which expresses the complexity spirit, or of unity diversity. The science of the XX cen- tury continues and marks our century as well, determining analytical researches that contribute each science to become interdisciplinary. As part of contemporary culture the science became main part of the reality that surrounds us, and social sciences com- municate in the „spirit of interdisciplinary paradigm”, the paradigm that allows us to deduce the epistemic specific of the social sciences and their characteristics.
