In the article are analyzed specific ways in interpretation and development of bioethical knowledge, as well as the concept of the notion «trajectory». The author evaluates opportunity to transform bioethics into a field of sciences and pragmatic philosophy as a theoretic model. There are many interpretation of bioethics as late or earlier ones, founded by famous North-American biochemist and oncologist Van Renssellaer Potter. In these cases the paths of evolution of bioethics are leading to well-known professional ethics, as medical ethics is which is not according to contemporary theoretical-scientific (potterian) status of bioethics, in the widest meaning as possible.
