В статье на основе анализа научных взглядов ученых и норм действующего законодательства Украины подчеркнуто, что есть необходимость усовершенствования и изменения формата профессионального обучения полицейских, требует не только обновления ее механизма, но и выработка порядка оценки эффективности. Установлено, что эффективность организационно-правового обеспечения профессиональной подготовки полицейских в Украине - это показатель, который информирует о степени достижения цели при реализации процедур, механизмов, отдельных действий, средств, правовых методов и т.п., направленных на обеспечение профессиональной подготовки полицейских, а также высокого уровня последовательности, системности и стабильности последней. Обзор оценки эффективности организационно-правового обеспечения профессиональной подготовки полицейских в Украине, что предусматривает контроль следующих вопросов: повышается уровень знаний, умений, навыков полицейских после прохождения соответствующего вида профессионального обучения; соответствуют программы обучения современным международным тенденциям подготовки полицейских; обеспечивает действующая нормативно-правовая база, регулирующая систему профессионального обучения, системность, непрерывность последнего; качество организационных мероприятий субъектов обеспечения профессионального обучения по материально-техническому, функциональному, других видов обеспечения ведомственной подготовки; степени реализации нормативно-правовых требований относительно процесса профессиональной подготовки как субъектами его обеспечения, так и адресатами обучения; степени осведомленности и образовательного уровня руководящего состава, определяет их служебную компетенцию и соответствие занимаемой должности.

S-a stabilit că eficiența sprijinului organizatoric și legal al pregătirii poliției în Ucraina este un indicator care informează despre gradul de realizare a obiectivului în implementarea procedurilor, mecanismelor, acțiunilor individuale, mijloacelor, metodelor legale etc., care vizează furnizarea instruirii poliției și de asemenea, un nivel ridicat de consecvență, consecvență și stabilitate a acestora din urmă. O revizuire care evaluează efi cacitatea sprijinului organizatoric și legal al pregătirii poliției din Ucraina implică monitorizarea următoarelor probleme: creșterea nivelului de cunoștințe, abilități ale polițiștilor după trecerea tipului adecvat de pregătire profesională; Programe de instruire corespunzătoare tendințelor moderne de pregătire internațională a poliției; oferă cadrul de reglementare actual care reglementează sistemul de formare profesională, sistematic, continuitatea acestuia; calitatea activităților organizaționale ale subiecților care oferă pregătire profesională în materie, tehnică, funcțională și alte tipuri de sprijin pentru pregătirea departamentală; gradul de implementare a cerințelor de reglementare cu privire la procesul de formare profesională atât de către subiecții furnizării sale, cât și de către destinatarii pregătirii; gradul de conștientizare și nivelul educațional al echipei de conducere, determină competența lor ofi cială și relevanța pentru funcție.

In the article, based on the analysis of scientifi c views of scientists and norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, it is emphasized that there is a need to improve and change the format of professional training of police officers, not only does it need to update its mechanism, but also to develop a procedure for evaluating eff ectiveness, which will serve as an eff ective tool for identifying problematic issues of departmental training . It is established that the eff ectiveness of organizational and legal support of police training in Ukraine is an indicator that informs on the degree of achievement of the goal in the implementation of procedures, mechanisms, individual actions, means, legal methods, etc. aimed at providing police professional training, as well as the highest level of consistency. , systematic and stability of the latter. It is substantiated that the eff ectiveness of police training is characterized by the following features: it is an integral part of the indicator of the eff ectiveness of the organizational and legal support of the work of the services and units of the National Police as a whole; this indicator not only provides information on the current state of vocational training, but also shows problematic issues that need attention in this area; the eff ectiveness of the legal support of police professional training is a dynamic and sensitive indicator that may vary depending on the intensity of the use of administrative tools for the provision of departmental training; the indicator of the eff ectiveness of the legal and professional support of police training needs constant monitoring through evaluation, solely at the expense of which its analysis will benefi t. It is generalized that the assessment of the eff ectiveness of the organizational and legal support of professional training of police offi cers in Ukraine involves the control of the following questions: whether the level of knowledge, skills and skills of police offi cers increases aft er passing the appropriate type of professional training; whether the training programs are in line with current international trends in police training; Does the current legal framework governing the vocational training system provide for the systematic, continuous nature of the latter; quality of organizational measures of subjects providing vocational training on material, technical, functional and other types of providing departmental training; the degree of implementation of the legal requirements for the process of vocational training, both by the subjects of its provision and the addressees of training; the level of awareness and educational level of management, which determines their professional competence and relevance to the position.
