However, the works of classics are strongly used, reedited, replicated, but in those actions gain, in the material sense of the word, only editors, persons having nothing common to the creative work. Taking into consideration the above mentioned the pretensions of the creative people on granting them some share from the material gain obtained from the utilization of the works becoming the public property, present a logical deduction.
