Background. H. g. represents a chronic inflammatory process of gingiva with prevailing the proliferation of conjunctiv tissue and basal epithelial cells, the incidense of 24,8 %, with modification of aspect, color, consistence, contour, shape, dimension, texture. position of gingiva and blood microcirculation. Objective of the study. Evaluation and assessment of efficacy the ozone therapy administration in hypertrophic gingivitis treatment with Laser Doppler flowmetry method. Material and Methods. In the diagnosis of H.g. was used Classification of the American Academy of Periodontology (2009), age of patients 17-68 years, 62% women and 38% men, with considerable gingival overgrowth grade I-III, false pockets, glossy purple color, bleeding on probing, dental deposits. Medical ozone O2-O3 8-10 mg / mL was injected, microcirculation parameters M, σ, Kv, ALF, ACF, AHF, IEM were analyzed. Results. Thus the status of blood perfusion in the gingival tissue in patients with H.g. evaluated based on the level of microcirculation (M) represents: until treatment 13.07 and after 10.71; and the microcirculation efficiency index (IEM) before treatment 1.14 and after 0.79. Submucosal injection of medical ozone into hypertrophied papillae with a concentration of 8-10 mg / mL has been shown to be sufficient and effective in treatment. Conclusion. The assessment of changes in capillary blood microcirculation (M, IEM) indices in hypertrophied gingival tissue has been considerably reduced, which attests to a high efficacy of the administered treatment.
