В данной статье приводятся примеры теоретических моделей поведения политической элиты в зависимости от конкретной политической ситуации и взаимоотношений с оппонентами. Анализ политической элиты базируется на трех основных подходах: структурном, функциональном и структурно-функциональном, что в достаточной мере позволяет изучить внутреннюю структуру политической элиты. Исследование внутренней структуры, в свою очередь, позволяет определить взаимосвязь структурных элементов целостной системы и выявить проблемы на ранней стадии. Исходя из этого, могут быть представлены два основных уровня исследования: микроуровень (взаимодействие с индивидами) и макроуровень (взаимодействие с государством). Важным фактором, воздействующим на определение той или иной модели поведения политической элиты, является среда. Под «внешней средой» понимаются как отдельные индивиды, так и социальные группы и институты, каждый из которых играет существенную роль в политическом процессе в целом. Акцентируется внимание на моделях действий политической элиты малых государств, в контексте коалиционного/враждебного типа взаимоотношений. Роль политической элиты малого государства на международной арене, ее стратегии и тактики, статусные позиции. Проанализирована значимость правильной организации коммуникативного процесса. Также в статье представлен опыт поведения политической элиты в Республике Молдова.

Prezentul articol oferă exemple de modele teoretice ale comportamentului elitei politice, în funcție de situația politică specifică și de relațiile cu adversarii. Analiza elitei politice se bazează pe trei abordări principale: structurală, funcțională și structural-funcțională, care ne permite suficient să studiem structura internă a elitei politice. Studiul structurii interne, la rândul său, vă permite să determinați relația elementelor structurale ale unui sistem integral și să identificați problemele într-un stadiu incipient. Pe baza acestora, pot fi prezentate două niveluri principale de cercetare: nivelul micro (interacțiunea cu indivizii) și nivelul macro (interacțiunea cu statul). Un factor important care influențează determinarea unui anumit model de comportament al elitei politice este mediul. „Mediul extern” se referă atât la indivizi individuali, cât și la grupuri și instituții sociale, fiecare dintre acestea jucând un rol semnificativ în procesul politic în ansamblu. Atenția se concentrează asupra modelelor de acțiuni ale elitei politice din statele mici, în contextul coaliției / tipului de relație ostilă. Rolul elitei politice a unui stat mic pe arena internațională, strategiile și tactica acestuia, pozițiile de statut. Este descrisă importanța organizării corecte a procesului de comunicare. This article gives examples of theoretical models of the behavior of the political elite, depending on the specific political situation and relations with opponents. The analysis of the political elite is based on three main approaches: structural, functional and structural-functional, which sufficiently allows us to study the internal structure of the political elite. The study of the internal structure, in turn, allows you to determine the relationship of the structural elements of an integral system and identify problems at an early stage. Cet article donne des exemples de modèles théoriques de comportement de l’élite politique, en fonction de la situation politique spécifique et des relations avec les opposants. L’analyse de l’élite politique est basée sur trois approches principales: structurelle, fonctionnelle et structurelle-fonctionnelle, qui suffisamment nous permet d’étudier la structure interne de l’élite politique. L’étude de la structure interne, à son tour, permet de déterminer la relation entre les éléments structurels d’un système intégral et identifier les problèmes à un stade précoce. Sur cette base, deux principaux niveaux de recherche peuvent être présentés: le niveau micro (interaction avec les individus) et le niveau macro (interaction avec l’État). Un facteur important dans la détermination d’un certain modèle de comportement de l’élite politique est l’environnement. “Environnement extérieur” désigne à la fois les individus et les groupes sociaux et les institutions, dont chacun joue un rôle important dans le processus politique dans son ensemble. L’attention est centrée sur les modèles d’actions de l’élite politique dans les petits états, dans le contexte de la coalition / type de relation conflictuelle. Le rôle de l’élite politique d’un petit État sur la scène internationale, ses stratégies et tactiques, ses positions de statut. L’importance de l’organisation correcte du processus de communication est décrite. L’article présente également l’expérience de comportement de l’élite politique dans la République de Moldova.
