| Rezumat | ||||||
The doctor’s professional obligation and moral is to respect the human rights and more specifically the patients’ rights. The authors think that the prophylaxis of the medical errors and guilts consists in the continuous retraining of the medical staff and the correct determination by doctors of the professional risk and of its prophylaxis. The peculiarities of the patient’s consent as well as the observance of the medical secret are described in the article. |
