This article presents the study of contemporary poetry in connection with folk, a problem related to the typology folk - literary links, offers new possibilities of capitalization of folktraditional element in literary works. The poetry of folk determines the creative possibilities of writer’s personality, it strength according of new value criteria, the innovation of form which realized simultaneous through vision elements, through the stylization of lyrical motive and sublimation of artistic imagine through broadening aesthetic horizons from the sphere of general – popular inspiration. The folkloric representation of different ballad, mythological shades of song and legend have the mission of printing a certain shade appropriate for poetical expression they have the function of deepening the study of creative forms of contemporary poetry. The metaphorization, the abstraction of artistic thinking, the democratization of the speech- natural trendsof the act of creation- confirm the distinction of stylistic order in the process of assimilation of the folkloric material for serving “a differentiated aesthetics “ and for ensuring the originality of the poetical phenomena in a certain period of evolution, a period oriented towards the European modern trends, but which maintain the permanently an indissoluble connection with the autochthonous spirit.
