Rezumat | ||||||
Background. Medical engineering is a direction with an impact in reconstructive surgery. By using various technologies and methods, medical bioengineering aims is to create allografts for replacement therapy of organs or unfunctional segments by supplementation or regeneration. Objective of the study. To review the data from the literature in order to determine and analyze protocols and methods for obtaining extracellular matrices. Material and Methods. The review included 170 published materials. The platform used for the selection of articles was Paperpile, the key words were: bone allograft, extracellular matrix, decellularization protocol and medical bioengineering. Results. The studied articles were divided into categories according to two basic criteria, articles what describing methods for separate segments (bone, vessels, nerves, etc.) and articles describing decellularization methods for complex segments (vessels + bon , bone + muscles + vessels, etc.), thus obtaining a clear picture of the working directions for the laboratory stage of our study. Conclusion. Vascularized bone allograft is an intensely studied topic at the moment, but the methods of obtaining a vascularized bone allograft are not yet elucidated until the end. |
