Author of a work protected by the Law on author right and relative rights, may protect his rights by own strength or address to the societies of the collective administration. The development of technical means for works valuation is going nowadays so far, that author self-dependent realization of rights on performance and broadcasting became practically impossible, that is why authors and owners of rights had joined in some professional associations, the aim of which consists in protection of some categories of authors.
